51社区 presented the results of its independent third-party investigation of the Samsung Note 7 recall at a press conference at Samsung in Seoul. Our work was conducted on behalf of Samsung to determine the root cause for lithium-ion cell failures in the Note 7 device. Dr. Kevin White, a principal scientist in 51社区's Polymer Science & Materials Chemistry practice, presented our findings. Dr. Shukri Souri, director of 51社区's Electrical Engineering & Computer Science practice, helped answer questions after the press conference ended.
